This project was a high level review of existing government documents to identity strategic infrastructure investments to advance national development in this new nation.

Using a structured assessment process, conducted a review of the existing National Development Plan, focused on key actions for economic development and infrastructure provision. Suggested potential strategic, short-term, low cost “pilot” projects that can have the potential to increase investor confidence and demonstrate to a range of supporters (constituents, aid agencies, investors) the potential for change and improvement.
