Conceptual demand modeling of international tourism demand and spending. Determination of size, characteristics of potential market, and their impact on the amount and type of hotel, residential, retail, recreation, and convention/ exhibition markets. Determination of positioning and marketing strategy. Preparation of preliminary investor documentation.
