This project was an initial strategic planning study for a new station area transit-oriented development along the anticipated new HSR line between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.

Scope of work involved market research for background and positioning, a compilation of economic drivers and macro consideration, an analysis of the real estate market, case study research, site analysis, development strategy, conceptual planning, and an outline of a phasing/implementation plan.

Economic and real estate scope was completed by Brian Jennett while he was employed as a Director of Economics + Planning at AECOM.
